What Can I Get Started for you Today?

My installation What Can I Get Started For You Today? (2024) aims to bring awareness to harassment, objectification and abuse in the restaurant and service industry. Real-life stories of harassment were submitted anonymously and then stamped onto eight ceramic dinner plates and set up at a dinner table. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry since 2018, this piece comes from a place of personal struggle and solidarity with fellow service workers in hopes for reflection and change.
